With the ultrasound assisted liposuction (UAL), use ultrasonic sound waves to liquefy fatty tissue in the body and convert it into oil so it can be easily removed with a small vacuum-like tube called a cannula. The cannula is inserting through an incision attached to the ultrasonic probe. Ultrasonic liposuction is favored in times because it can remove larger volumes of fat in a single procedure and it can reduce tissue damage and bleeding.
